of course you can sell used software. dont you sell used hardware??

But you can't make a copy of used hardware and keep the CD key to yourself.... (i'm not accusing shuki, cuz i know he wouldn't sell software he copied)

well whether that person makes a copy for himself is not up to me or Driverheaven. That is down to the ethics of that specific individual. And lets be real im sure 99% of people here have copied software or games at some stage.

I like to give you all freedom to sell your software/hardware.
