I have a full copy of Windows Vista Ultimate that I recieved as a promo item from a microsoft keynote. It is 100% legit but comes in a promo sleeve instead of a retail box.

It does not say on the envelope. I would assume 32-bit. I will check when i get back.

it is 32-bit. The serial that comes with the disc works with 64-bit as always. you would just need a 64-bit disc which you can get from Microsoft for a small fee (last time i got one it was $10 but I do not know what it is now).

It may be something worth looking into. And we can negotiate from there if 64-bit is what you are after.
