HTPC / light gaming computer

well, I originally built this to use as an HTPC, but found that it was much easier to buy a popcorn hour A-100. this pc basically just sits around and I'd like to sell it to someone who will actually use it as an HTPC or at least a light gaming computer. my asking price is $550 (including shipping to anywhere in the US and paypal fees) but just make an offer if you are interesed and we can work something out. not really looking for trades unless somone has a 6-cell MSI wind they'd like to offer

Intel Pentium E2140 Allendale
Biostar 945GC Micro 775
2x 1gb Mushkin DDR2
Sapphire Ati Radeon x1950gt 256mb
Western Digital Caviar 160GB
Lite-on DVD burner
ULTRA Microfly micro-ATX case

pictures (from before the x1950gt was put in)

upgrade the cpu if you could..... that cpu wont play 1080p movies well.. i upgraded my htpc from a E2160 to an E6600....

if you can overclock that to around 2.2ghz you should be fine with 1080p.. good luck!

I run 1080p on this computer all the time at stock clocks without a hitch.
when I said "much easier to buy a popcorn hour A-100", I meant because it takes up much less space, not because the computer has any trouble playing HD video.
it seems you are running onboard video, while my rig has the Radeon x1950gt, that is why I can run 1080p without a better cpu. the x1950gt has h264 acceleration, which takes some load off of the cpu.

in any case, I am trying to sell this because I now use the popcorn hour A-100 for video on my HDTV and no longer need this
it runs call of duty 4 at medium settings so someone could also use it as a gaming computer.
