looking for a socket 478 p4 chip

ok...since the new 800fsb came out...im sure some of you are getting rid of your old setups....im wondering if anyone has any 3.06 chips for sale? questions i have are...was it overclocked (if so...to what)? what sort of cooling did it have? and how much do you want for it?
i'm on a budget so don't ask for the price a retail chip goes for....thanks for your time.
