To answer your question if you still care Max

I have the 8SQ800 Ultra and it is very fast but picky about memory.

The albatron is very stable and you can supposedly overclock the hell out it. Good old user friendly 845PE chipset.

Wow hat reply took awhile, heh. Uhh, well I almost got a FREE 1.6GHz P4, but the guy hasn't been on so I think he died or something. But, I dont think I can afford a new mobo/ram AND a new CPU, so I might just upgrade to a 1.)GHz Celly and overclock to 1.4GHz, or get a 1.2GHz P3 and overclock it to 1.3Ghz-ish.
