WTB: LGA775 mobo with P35 or newer chipset

hey guys, with the fact that LGA775 is slowly dying, i have a set of components thats in need of a motherboard. after looking around, im finding there arent very many good ones left on retail sites..

basically what i want is:

a full ATX motherboard
LGA775 socket
DDR2 support
A chipset thats either X38, X48, P35, P43, P45 or something similar
100% completely working

if there is anyone in the US that has one they are not using, ill be happy to give you a bit of money for it. Just make me an offer!

I know NCIXUS.com has the Gigabyte EP45-UD3L available for about $90. It may be more than you wanted to pay but it may be an option for you.

thanks man, but i dont have that kind of money any longer since my hard drives blew out (bought the 3TB one)

so ill be holding off getting a board for a bit... however ill leave this thread open to see if anyone else puts out some suggestions.
