If anyone has any good deals on a Netbook they could offer me i'll definately consider them I'm looking for one with preferably a 10.1 inch screen or above, Not particularly bothered about specification because i'll be installing Jolicloud or Ubuntu Netbook Edition on it.

IMO.. it's just not bloody worth it..

i've got countless of the "cheap" netbooks rolling in so often... it's not funny.. seriously..

tons of the hp/acer/etc. netbooks that are cheap... are failing either shortly before or most often EMEDIATELY after their warranty expires..

They are total garbage... save your money.... spend it on a good Asus HA1015 or better....

Stick to Asus...... i've got a bunch of those little netbooks floating around out there since the HA900 days

you'd be surprised how many buy those cheap netbooks and don't realize they are intended to be thrown away... not repaired... even fi they quit in 3 months or less...

that's the thing.. i'm not and most people would never buy a product if the reliability of it was so poor... it's almost laughable.

I have a netbook for 2 years now, no damage or any technical issues so far with it. It's an MSI one (well, not in name, but it is one).
My only major issue with it is performance, which is why I rarely use it any more.

I'm after a CHEAP Netbook so it can be replaced if needs be, It'll be used for carting round for some college work on the move because tapping out an essay on a Blackberry only gets you so far before your thumbs shrivel up and die

Whether or not it has an OS isn't an issue to me, HDD isn't an issue either (As long as there's enough space to install Jolicloud), As long as it has Wifi, USB and at least a 10.1" screen (Seriously if i want to look at text on a small screen; i'll read my Blackberry) i'm all good. Do you have any about in your store by any chance Judas?

And Blue i'm not fussed either way as long as it'll function as a workhorse for me, Ideally the cheaper the better because i'm saving for my car insurance renewal. And again ideally it needs to be a netbook because i lug a lot of stuff around college with me so if it can just slot into my bag without having to dedicate an entire bag to it, it'd be perfect

If you can, buy the refurbs. Either way, stay away from the ones that use a hinge system for the screen that stick out the back or are on the outer edge (like some Acer Aspires) as they tend to break easily (they're position makes them prone to impact), and don't go below the Atom N450/N455, or Fusion E350.

My picks:
- Lenovo X120E (preferably the ones based on the Fusion E-350, but the E-240s are just as good)
- Samsung (fantastic little units that tend to be a bit thick, but they have the best screens of any Netbook you will ever see)
