Hello everyone! Some people may know this already, but for those that do not, I work for HP Canada in their off-lease dept. It seems that we want to blow out some older laptops are rediculous prices!!! Here is what is available:

They are not the fastest machines but for someone in high school or college, it will do just fine!

They DO NOT include an operating system...the HDD are wiped clean.

Are the batteries in perfrect working condition? It costs like 200$ to get a new one custom made for discontinued computers.

The batteries are working perfectly...they will charge and will hold a charge. They are in great working conditions.

How would it be shipped, which courior, and is insurance included?

Could a NIC be added to any of these, or upgraded in anyway?

Do you have any picts of these?

I will let you know the shipping cost to your zip in the morning when I get to work.

For the states, it can be shipped either via FedEX or UPS...your choice...and insurance is included.

A NIC can be added anytime into the PCMCIA slot.

My father needs a laptop for his business- and pretty soon I guess. I'm not sure of the minimum system requirements (I'll find out soon)- It just needs to run a few small programs and be able to support some kind of portable signature pad- do these have USB ports?

those first ones listed w/ the 6.2gb HD's were nice- Are there ever going to be any more added to list? This sounds like a great way to go for him- Would you take US dollars? Or how would you want to be paid by someone in the US if I want one? Thanks.
