P4-3.0HT + ABIT IC7-MAX3 and 4x512mb Corsair PC3200

I figure I can let the P4(3.0HT) go for no less than 290$, the mobo(IC7-MAX3-Brand New-Unused(tested)) for 210$ and the mem(Corsair XMS PC3200) for 100$/peice.

I would also be interested in possibly trading one or two of these things for a Raddy or something of AMD to tweak around with.

Tell me exact specs of the Corsair RAM, like is it low latency? What heatspreader?

Please tell me as much as you know about that RAM cause I might cop a stick.

Wish that RAM was low latency like my current 512MB Corsair, but it would work dual channel anyways, but faag it, I got no money anymore, gotta go to the mall today and spend some $$$ on clothes and fine ladies.
