Had these up for sale not long ago but the guy backed out after I held them for him for almost a month

Anyways, it's a matched set of 2x 512mb(1GB-TwinX~8-4-4-3) They can do their rated speed of 233MHz with 6-3-3-3 timings and I've tested them at up to 245MHz@8-4-4-3(mobo limited)
