(interest thread) the core of my comp

I'm just wondering if anyone would be interested in the core components of my computer.

Pentium 4 Willemette 1.7Ghz clocked at 1.84Ghz
Shuttle AV-40 Motherboard (latest BIOS)
512MB of Kingston PC2100 memory

I was thinking like 200-250 for it maybe, I want to upgrade to a 2.53 and a i845PE mobo...

You guys may think that's high, but the memory is worth at least 120 still, under a full lifetime warranty, and runs great. The processor is also great. Only problem is the fan on the mobo chipset is noisy (as in, fan more than likely dirty in the bearings)...but it runs fine at 108mhz FSB without the chipset fan on...so I didn't even count it in the price.

I just wanted to see if any US residents were interested, just wanted to offset the cose of the 2.53 a bit. Otherwise, I'll just give this stuff to my brother (who is using my 750 duron system).

noooooo, wait for the HyperThreading P4 man (why not?) to drop in price
or if you get body-snatched, get an xp2400 on an nforce2 board !

hehe, I'm such an impulse buyer when it comes to PCs...I suppose I could wait until my computer gets shitty huh? Offer still stands though for anyone...imagine, 800 more mhz and PC2700 memory! ahhhhh!

Well...maybe I'll wait I guess...for a really fast P4 and the Geforce FX 5800 Ultra...or I'll just wait until I can't play games at greater than 50fps...

But the offer still stands...tenatively.
