Mobo, Chip, and RAM - anyone wanting to sell them as one?

I've been to several computer fairs, and many have deals for around £220 for a mobo with a chip and 256mb ram together. Anyone able to do something similar with mobo, Athlon XP 1800 or more, and 256mb ram?

Preferably living in the UK, and not really for more than £150 (I ask an unlikely miracle)
