How much woudl you say this computer cost?

1Ghz Celeron
320Megs pc133
2harddrives - 15gig , 8gig
Geforce Ti200 vid card
CDRW Drive
Asus TUSL2-C Mobo
Soundblaster live card
19" monitor.

Also would like to know if any places exist that buy very old(1.5 years or older) computer components like old video cards, CPUs, memory etc.

Sad Stumped me.

I can't price this one, it'd be just too much like pricing one of me babies. (BTW-Throw a 1.4Ghz Tuly in that puppy and OC that GF3 and you've got yourself more than a halfway decent gaming rig!)

$500-600us? (I want to say higher, but I'm trying to be realistic with the present market) A lot would depend on how good the monitor is.

As for a place that buys old hardware? Most people just post it up here and I usually take it off of their hands.... (I am SUCH a sucker for a bargain! )

Would that Tualatin 1.4Ghz Celery make a big Difference?

It would cost less that $70 to upgrade so If it gives me a Good performance boosts I could put off building a new Rig for a little while longer

Btw the old hardware I have is

TNT2 ultra vid card
TNT vid card
500Mhz Celeron
Couple sticks of pc100 Memory
VH6 Abit Mobo
400 Mz Slot 1 Celeron . As you can see i have a celeron fetish lol But next Rig will definitely be Athlon

Hey, finally a question I feel reasonably safe in answering!

YES!!! It'll make a HUGE difference, and I think I can even show it to you a bit...hold on.

*****(One furious session with the Onion Orb later...)*****

Me CUSL2-C with PIII800@904 w/GF3
Me TUSL2-C with Tuly 1.4@1.708 w/GF3

and just for shitzels&gigglez, a more recent one with the same set-up.

Of course, I just swapped me viddy cards a few days back so Bubbles is doing about 8300 onions...but I'm looking to do add a few more onions to her score in the near future, I've always felt Bubbles was destined to break 10K on 3dm2k1se for me one day.

One more thing.

In real-world performance, it REALLY shines. It made a world of difference in my gaming. (I had to include something subjective too. )
