    NVIDIA have today announced their latest graphics card, GTX TITAN. Even though benchmarks are not being officially released today we have one bench for you as a special treat... but first here are the key points on the product specifications.

    Titan is not worth the price, I'm waiting it out for the GTX 780..

    I don't think it's supposed to be, really. It's for people who have to have the best and are willing to pay through the nose to get it. High-end hardware is always inferior in terms of "bang per buck".

    That said, it's a seriously impressive piece of engineering.

    awaiting 'reality' benches... real benches.
    activate compute mode, how's that for Folding, I bet real good..?

    I don't think Folding is double precision, so it's probably detrimental.

    It reminds me GTX 480 architecture (384-bit). It makes me believe that THEY have already done this at the GTX-480 era :confused:. All for the profit of course. Shame! So don't be surprised if they come out with a BEAST GTX 512-bit (280era) with the many tweaks:rofl:

    rather surprising how many people were bitching about the 5xx series outperforming the 6xx in folding....
