    AW: PAX Auzentech Products Driver

I did use the Forte driver for a few weeks now but today, as I started my pc, I could not open the console launcher or change something in the volumepanel from the software: "No compatible audiodevice found...".
Till yesterday the driver worked good but now, somehow, it doesn`t accept my Forte anymore.
If I click at "Select Audiodevice" there is only my Auzentech Forte, but choosing it doesn`t help. I also restarted my pc, but nothing changed.
Since yesterday, as the driver worked fine, I changed nothing. I only shut down the pc and started it again today.

I had to do a reinstall, now everything is working again.
Really, yesterday evening everything was fine, I shut down the computer and today I start the computer and the problem is there, don`t know what could have caused that.

The sound is mostly the same (the bass is louder, had it on 100% with stock and now at 70% with yours) but the cpu-usage when being in Teamspeak and listening to music via speaker in the same moment is a bit lower, that`s a good thing ;)

    Hi Robert,
the "PAX_AZT_FORTE71_V1.21_SWPACK_30JUL10V2.00" in the download-section is for the normal Auzentech X-Fi Forte, right? Just want to be sure.
And should I only use the driver from this package and the other stuff from the PAX MASTER Suite V1.50? (other stuff first, then driver!?)

What is the the most updated install for a Auzentech Forte 7.1 on Windows 7 64bits as of today?

Should I install you PAX_AZT_FORTE71_V1.21_SWPACK_30JUL10V2.00 and then the PAX MASTER Suite V1.60B?
    or
Should I install only the drivers in the SWPACK and install the software from Master Suite?

    What are your recommendations?

    Bat

I'm sorry, English is not my main language and I'm having a hard time understanding what you said. You wrote in past tense, why?

Because PAX Master only For Creative card not for Auzentech Cards AuzenTech used there own software if not speakers might not work right.

So I should only install PAX_AZT_FORTE71_V1.21_SWPACK_30JUL10V2.00 and nothing else?

    hi,

could u please tell me which drivers i should download for my prelude? I leave it in gaming mode 90% of the time so eax 3d etc should be top priority?

I can't install both of the Prelude suites. Both suites give errors at installing THX Console (which I can fix by installing standalone THX) and installing audio drivers (setup shuts down afters installing half of the driver) The sound is working after wards but I can't open the Audio Console because audio device is not recognized..

I tried about everything and did everything I should be doing (remove drivers properly including cleaning registry)

The only thing I can think of is that your package is corrupted.. Please help.
