They don't detect my product (USB Sound Blaster HD) on Windows 8.1, I'm using the last drivers from Creative without problem

Hello. Could you implement Channel Phantoming to Creative drivers for my SB x-fi 5.1 pro usb? What it does: it mix sound from missing speakers to L an R speakers, so I can hear sound coming to center speaker from L and R speakers. Windows has Channel Phantoming, but when I install Creative drivers, that option is no longer available, so I am stuck with Windows drivers.

Is it possible to get this USB 2015 driver to recognize X-Fi Notebook?

Wasn't it covered by PAX 2013 USB driver set?

    http://www.hardwareheaven.com/community/threads/2013-pax-usb-discuss-thread-talked.221260/

Not sure what tweaks the new set has, but I presume it has improvements so it would be great if you could update this set to work with it. I remember my biggest problem with Creative (and thus PAX) drivers was that the volume level was ridiculously high always so you'd only use it up to 10% which made problems when some software switches to the integrated sound card.

IIRC initially, it used the same Creative drivers as the regular X-Fi cards (e.g. I installed the same driver as for X-Fi Xtreme Music PCI card I had in my desktop). Some time later, X-Fi Notebook got a separate driver shared with the external USB cards. Not sure why.

OK, thanks. Was just wondering if it's a lost cause or not. It would be a shame to dump it. Do you know perhaps if that Creative driver loud volume is still present?

I remember I had an Audigy ZS somewhere tucked away, but then switched to X-Fi Notebook because there used to be a bug with the Creative drivers for that card where the mic didn't function if you had 4 GB or more. Was that fixed perhaps in the Audigy packs?

Sorry to bother you with all the questions. Hope you'll find some sleep :)

Sorry for the bump but I can't find anyway to manage bass on these. Says there is a enhancement in the audio control panel but it just takes me creative control panel with no option for bass.

I installed your package, and there wasn't a console launcher for my card I guess? X-Fi USB Surround 5.1. Also the newest driver for mine atleast is USB_PCDRV_LB_1_02_0001

I don't have a launcher but if you could figure out one to include, that would be great.
