First time user for PAX drivers SBZ, just uninstall the creative ones and just install this no special setup required?

    EDIT:

While gaming I noticed slight distortions on the low mids to high bass its very slight but also very noticeable on my MDR1000X, I reverted back to the stock driver for now.

No, you shouldn't install these after uninstalling the stock drivers. The stock drivers must be installed first, then use device manager to install these drivers using the method below:

Been awhile sinse I posted because Its not my thing anymore.

I do like your drivers enough to give feedback so everything goes smooth like normal.

I was installing the latest set on the Win10 x64 16.215 insider preview and when I updated drivers from device manager with driver signature disable I recieved a BSOD. The system booted and I tried again and was succesful. I double checked and both the controller and card have unsigned drivers now. Its the first release that has done that.

Thx for all the effort you put into your release.

    Hi Robert,

That will be in all ini files in main installation folder and reinstall whole driver package or change all ini files inside windows\ system32 folder and reboot pc?

Or is there a specific ini file that controls main volume?

And which ini is usually loaded-used by the soundblaster control panel, why are there so many ini files? Do we need to rename them to something specific to be used by default ?

For example rename optimize.ini to default ini file to be loaded by the driver. In this case what do we rename it to?

I've been using your drivers since day you made them for many years now, and could never figure how to tweak them.
Maybe i can finally tweak them :)

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the reply Robert
I will change all % in all ini files inside system32 folder and reboot, see if it works.
That is what you meant i assume ?
    No reinstallation needed.

    Hi Robert,

    is it this string ? SoundVolumeAmountLevel=90 ?
also is there a way to remove all compression, normalization and frequency cutoff of the audio?
so it does not play around with the audio quality and volume of the sound.

could you please underline in the photo which file should we adjust:
