support SOUNDBLASTER USB OMNI SURROUND 5.1

    not sure I understood your question, but I dig a little in google on drivers signatures and make following:

    1. uninstalled existing creative SW package through "Controll panel/Remove programms"
    2. restarted
    3. start/cmd in administrative mode (btw my account has admin rights anyway)
    4. run commands in console to dissable drivers signature:

    bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
    bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON


    5. launch setup.exe from your drivers pack/audio folder (also made run as administrator).
    6. setup detected Creative SB Omni connected to USD (previously tried all of 3 different USB ports on my laptop, both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0, same as this time)
    7. setup asked few questions, agreed on user terms etc. Setup finished with window Installed successfully, please restart.
    8. restarted computer (USB Omni allways remains connected to same port). After restart pops out window to update Creative SW, cancellled this.
    9. Omni controll panel shows only volume controll, which acts to Omni volume turn.
    10. No output to headphones from Omni, sound plays only through laptop realtek HW and laptop speakers
    11. No options in windows to choose other Sound device
    12. Win/Device manager shows omni with yellow mark, on properties window same message:

    "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
    This operation requires an interactive window station.
    To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver"

    13. Searched on google on startup blog, restarted in log mode, some extracts from c:\windows\ntbtlog.txt file

    (this is only few lines extract from the file to make post smaller)

    Btw, machine I tried to install drivers runs NOD antivirus

    did you run the driver cleaner and reg fixer and hard drive checker try reinstalled it?

    Ya I will try it's sparrow racing in destiny for 2 more weeks so kinda hard not do the drivers lol

    Could we get a 2017 update? Pretty please?

    The creative drivers are newer than your Omni ones.
