OCZ Vector SSD Review

Maximum Read/Write

Benchmark Results

ATTO disk benchmark allows us to run a synthetic test on the various drives which are being reviewed today, letting us see the peak speed achieved on each model.

For this test we see some initial raw speed figures for each drive and overall each drive performs at a similar level for read operations, the Intel and Samsung drives managing to squeeze a couple of extra MB out of our test system. Write performance is nowhere near as close though with OCZ leading the way, a little under 10MB/s faster than Intel and up to 50MB/s ahead of the latest Samsung drive.
