ASUS GeForce GTX 560 Ti DirectCU II TOP Review and SLI Performance
H.A.W.X. 2 – DirectX 11
HAWX 2 was recently released for PC and makes significant use of Tessellation as well as being a DirectX 11 title.
Testing was performed at 1920×1080 with 8x anti-aliasing and 16x anisotropic filtering. All in game settings were at their maximum level.
We are using the retail version of HAWX2 for our testing and a section of real world gameplay rather than the benchmark which was released by Ubisoft in advance of the games release. With all detail levels set to their maximum and tessellation on we see that this is a game where AMD continue to underperform and interestingly this is despite some significant optimisations to Tessellation in their most recent driver they still fall behind the GTX 560 Ti, almost to the point where a single ASUS/NVIDIA card can compete with two Radeon 6870s.
