The Lumia 620
As with previous handsets Nokia offer the Lumia 620 with various covers. Ours was yellow and had additional pink and green covers but black, white and blue are also available. (NOTE: Green is a high shine cover, yellow and pink were matt). The handset measures 115.4×61.1x11mm and weighs 127g with the screen used a 3.8" capacitive model which has a resolution of 480×800 pixels with a 246ppi density and Nokia ClearBlack technology. Also shown are the three touch sensitive buttons at the base of the screen which are back, Windows/Home and Search.
With the Lumia 620 Nokia bundle some product documentation, in-ear headset, USB cable and mains charger.
At the base of the handset we can see the micro USB connector for data/charging along with the pin hole for the main microphone. A loudspeaker is also visible at the bottom corner on the back surface. At the top of the handset we have our 3.5mm headset connector and a second microphone.
Over on the back of the handset the Nokia logo is near the centre and to its right is the camera with LED flash. This is a 5megapixel model and auto-focus is supported as is geo-tagging and 720p video. On the front we also find a camera, this time a VGA resolution part.
Inside the handset Nokia have opted for a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor (1GHz dual core) with Adreno 305GPU. The OS is provided with 512GB of RAM and storage on the Lumia 620 is 8GB, expandable by MicroSD card. The handset supports HSDPA 21, HSUPA 5.76MBPS, Wi-Fi-n (dual band), Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP/EDR and A-GPS. Accelerometer, compass and proximity sensor are also present as is NFC. Nokia also include a removable 1300mAH battery on the 620 which sits beside the micro-SIM slot.
