failed validation

I placed the exact information into the validation box that I was given when I purchased the product, but it keeps telling me that it fails. I have tried several different ways to input the info but to no avail.

Make sure you enter all details exactly like they are so with capital letters and such and that there are no spaces in front or behind it.

If all fails then send a mail to info@drivercleaner.net with your name and email you used for registration, i will then send you the file it creates with your details after the validation. If you copy that then in the program directory it should work.
