Newby help
I have just purchased Driver Cleaner in an attempt to correct a driver problem with my Legend nvidia FX5200 128mb agp card which is showing up when running Flight simulator 2004.
I am currently using forceware 71.89 which seems to suit my current card and FS2004. I have attempted an update but this caused all sorts of problems despite hopefully doing all the correct things when updating a driver.. In addition I had also installed nvidia stereo drivers to run stereo glasses with FS2004. These have since been uninstalled through windows add or remove programs. I note that ther are 3 filters listed re nvidea drivers; nvidia, nvidia stereo and nvidia WDM. Should I list them all when cleaning the drivers? Richard |

Success
I have tried the program using the Nvidia filter alone. This has corrected the problem that I have been trying to solve now for some time.
Many thanks ,Richard. |

Hi,
sorry for the late response. I am glad it fixed the problems. This is also the reason why i started my program. Driver uninstalls always leave things behind and they are mostly the cause of problems.
