Unhandled Exception Error Message

I can't open my DC.net program, version 3.1.0.0. I'm running Windows XP Pro (32 bit). I've removed and reloaded the program several times and get the same error message:

Can you run Live Update or Driver Version Check? or do you get the same error?


UPDATE: This problem is fixed. The .NET Framework needed to repair itself.
