Cant install/unzip properly

I purchased driver cleaner back on 1/15/07. Just built myself a new computer and took apart the old one. Trying to unzip and install driver cleaner but it wont let me. The file I am downloading from my confirmation email has a rar extention. When I use winrar it doesnt have an install file, just license and readme (I think).

So basically, I cant even get the file to install.

Anyone know what might be wrong?

The file should have a zip extension. The filename is DCDotNETSetup.zip and it is around 4,5MB. Please try to redownload it and don't use any download manager. Maybe it could help if you set all settings in your browser as default.
