DC Pro did not work- drivers still there!

Hi, first time here,
I have a problem with the early ATI video driver (ATI Radeon ver 8.203 Dec 2005) that came loaded on XP SP2. No matter what I try, it always reloads and cannot be deleted permanently. I ran DC Pro ver 1.5, in safe mode, and followed the instructions to the letter- disconnect internet, ran cab cleaner, used crap cleaner, emptied recycle bin. Also deleted the driver a 2nd time in the safe mode from the device driver menu without rebooting (as it reloaded the driver even in the safe mode) before running the cleaners. Ran the ATI filter with DC and finally rebooted. The drivers just reloaded as if they had not even been touched.
I tried a second time and same result. At this point, I dont know but could try the paid version (which I would be happy to pay for) but should I expect it to work any differently? I did read through the details of what was removed each time and there were many driver files removed, so I know the program is working but there seems to be some incredible redundancy with these XP embedded drivers that is extremely frustrating.
I appreciate any help you can give me.

Hi,

Driver Cleaner Pro is not updated in 2 years now. Driver Cleaner.NET has a lot of improvements and also different ways to clean files. So it is a lot better then the old Pro version.
