Pissed Installed on VISTA 32 bit system...problems

I'm new here and just purchased and installed and ran DC yesterday. Well, I guess it did its work, but now I have constant reboots and windows "encountered an unexpected problem and will be closed" messages. Besides, as if that were not enough, everything is now running s l o w! I think I am going to ask for my money back, and hope I can restore my system.

most people if they dont know how to run DC they delete important registry entries.

if i remember right, youre supposed to go to Program Manager remove the program and THEN run DC to get the rest of the junk out.

thanks for the replies, I guess. I purchased and ran DC since VISTA does not willingly allow updating drivers, having tried on more than one occasion, only to have the "old" drivers reinstalled. This is the case with video and audio drivers. DC promised to help, but it did not.
As for running DC in the manner in which it is supposed to be run, ie. by the instructions included, that is how I ran it, step by step, first removing from control panel, safe-mode reboot, then using DC, safe-mode reboot, then installing the latest NVIDIA drivers, WHQL 169.25.
While the drivers were indeed installed, all sorts of problems occurred. I am not an idiot; I followed the directions, numerous problems occurred with VISTA after the installation.
Fortunately, system restore was able to get me back my computer, less the problems caused by DC. DC has been completely removed (in safe mode.) Now, who do I see about a refund?
PS: The program's author needs to make a "printer friendly" file for the directions. Otherwise you get fifteen pages, most with only two or three lines of text on them.

I got your email. I have no idea why you got problems. To bad you already removed the program, because the log files could have helped me.
