Order declined? ?????
I just tried to place an order for Driver Cleaner .NET and it said the order was declined. No explanation, just declined. Was sent an email to call some international number.
I'm not incurring international long distance charges that would cost more than the cost of the software just to order it. Sent an email to james@driverheaven.net to figure out what's going on. I've never had a problem before ordering things off the 'net. Anybody else had this same problem? Did it get fixed promptly? |

james is on holiday right now, send an email of the incident to stevejay@driverheaven.net quoting any reference numbers.
If you paid directly by credit card it could very well be that your card was declined. You would need to speak to your CC company to ascertain why. |
