Thanks for free speech and customer service
I posted a problem with Driver Cleaner.NET here yesterday and have returned today to find it as been deleted. All I wanted was some help, I didn't slag off Driver Cleaner and posted a very neutral question.
Is this how you respond to paying customers with problems? |

I have no idea what you are talking about, because i didn't see the message and i didn't delete it. So i have no idea why it is deleted. Maybe send an email to info at drivercleaner dot net and explain the problem you have and also maybe what was in the message that you posted here.

Hi
God knows what happened to the post then, I was checking it for replies yesterday so it was definitely posted successfully, but it was completely gone by the morning. Strange. Thanks for the reply, I'll send the info via email

I checked the administration logs and nothing was deleted under your user account - even by one of our moderators. It is possible your internet connection hung and you thought it had posted. We had a few small issues yesterday so this is entirely possible.
Perhaps next time you will not immediately jump to such negative conclusions because surely if we deleted random support threads we would also delete posts like this. |

Thanks for looking, and fair enough! The reason I posted what I did was for exactly that reason - to see if this post, also, would disappear.
As it didn't, the point was proved - many thanks for your help
