Registration Code & ID Code Error

Hi Just asking. When I took considerable time to enter both the ID Log in Info . and also the ID Registration Code . The long way round . Because of computer error ( having to reboot ) ( a few times ) Couldn't COPY & PASTE . It wouldn't allow me to register Driver Cleaner . I have since contacted the e.mail help link with Driver Cleaner . Though other forum info says there is a bit of a wait .

Please help if possible . Was just thinking if in this tech savy world if it would be helpfull to include on the Driver Cleaner website contact link a possible

The other option is better than nothing . Just to post a message here in the forum and wait for a responce.

Hi Just double checked my E.Mail Message inbox. THOUGH. There is no help from you.

I have paid for the service. Because of this I would expect to be able to have this software working . ( Driver Cleaner )

If I can't get any help for your software. Then because of a Faulty Product conditions. I shall under the Consumer Rights Law. Be automatically expecting my money back.

Please therefore try & be vigilant & send me Info to be able to get this software working.

Because you didn't recieve an email doesn't mean i am not helping. I think that there is some anti spam software running that could block the emails or that yahoo uses a spam filter that blocks them. Could you check if there is some spam folder orso?

I also resend the email again. Hope this 1 arrives, because it is the 3rd email send and normally they should arrive.

Gary, you need to calm down. We have sent emails and we have logs of doing so. We are also replying to your questions in this forum, and we do so on the same day of you posting questions.

I don't mind people running into problems and making a point of complaining, however at least make the complaints reasonable, rather than immediately accusing and assuming information which is in fact wrong. If you have another email address, then please send the information to info(at)drivercleaner.net and Spike will resend the code to this address. this way we can check if there is a problem with your yahoo account.
