Hard Disk Crash - need download link and my reg number again

A few weeks ago I had a hard disk crash that lost a few days data after I recovered my backups.

Unfortunately one of the things that got lost in those few days was my backup of Driver Cleaner and the registration code.

Can anyone please tell me where to download and who to contact for registration code?
