Download Limit Reached? Please Reset.

Hi there. I tried to download it again, but I got a message saying that I've reached my download limit. I've e-mailed quite a few times about this problem, but haven't heard back from anyone.

Can you please reset my download limit???

Hi,

the download count is reset so you can download the program.
