How to request Refund?
The program is failing to remove the ati drivers, settings, etc, fully.
I disconnected the system via modem. Same as disabling the hardware in windows... Disabled my software firewall, and anti virus. I removed the ati software via add/remove programs. The ati software uninstall utility. I reboot the system. cancel new hardware found Disabled my software firewall, and anti virus, again. still not connected to the net. Ran drivercleaner.net with the appropriate filters. Emptied the recycle bin, not sure if drivercleaner put anything in it. rebooted system I reboot the system. cancel new hardware found Disabled my software firewall, and anti virus, again. still not connected to the net. Install CCC 9.6 reboot catalyst detects crossfire, i go to advanced view. all my previous settings are in the CCC. E.G. custom refresh rate, picmip settings, disable catalyst AI, etc. I go through this process again, but i boot into safe mode before running drivercleaner. Again same thing. I continued trying this. Funny thing is upon a search in the registry I come up with old Catalyst keys. This software doesn't work for me. I'm running windows xp pro SP3. I had previously installed. CCC 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, and now 9.6 I was having issues with games and the new 4870 crossfire setup. That's why i purchased this program just yesturday. I had enough and reformatted working great now... |
