Why can't I download again?

So I just installed Win7 again and I'm having issues with the Nvidia video drivers and I want to remove all Nvidia drivers, so I follow my download link in my email.
But for some reason I have a message saying that I can't because I've downloaded the program too many times.....lolwut?

So now I have to wait for a response from the team but I need to work on this now. Great job guys, so I had to find a torrent of version 3, register it with the info I paid for, and let it update now it's working.

Is this really what I get for PURCHASING software? Seriously I had to PIRATE a copy just to LEGITIMATELY ACTIVATE IT? I guess that's it then. I won't be spending any more money on this company.

There is a download limit that we can reset. So if it happens just send an email and the downloadl imit can be reset and you can download it more.
