3.4.5.0 not updating

I have V3.4.0.0 that is updating OK.
Just this morning I came into the site and got V3.4.5.0 but it wont update, I disabled the firewall but it didn't work.

Any Ideas.

That is strange, does it give any error or message? because nothing changed in that part of the code.
