Runtime error

Hello,

I purchased Driver Cleaner yesterday and cannot run it due to a runtime error. When I run the program I get the error message:

"unable to find a version of runtime to run this application"

I have XP Service pk 3 and .NET Framework 4

When installing the program it couldn't detect the version of .NET Framework I was running but I have version 4 installed. I have repaired .NET Framework but I still get the same error.

Any help would be appreciated.
