Driver Cleaner.net and Windows-7

I have been using the same instructions that i printed out from this web-site for Driver Cleaner for years for my old windows xp computer. Now I have a new computer with Windows-7. My question is....Are the instructions for Windows xp the same for Windows-7? And do i still use cab cleaner. Also it has been a while since i came here. This site looks better than i remember it. Great Imformation here. Thanks.

The instruction steps are the same, only cab cleaner is not needed to use since there are no cab files used anymore to store drivers.
