Cant download my Driver cleaner software?

i have had plenty of computer trouble and i finaly got my OS reinstalled but now driver cleaner website says i have exceeded my downloads. the reason being my computer keeps craping out on me and i now need to download again what do i do? i paid for the program! why ? who? where? how?

If you send an feedback email through the drivercleaner.net website then we can reset the counter. If you already done this then the counter should be reset.

I had a very similar thing happen
I entered my info including credit card 2x. The screen just goes back to home like nothing happened. The second time I did it in compatibility mode. Is the system down? Also if I did get charged (2x) how do I get it removed since I didn't get a download option?
