Help Downloading Driver Cleaner

After entering all my information and credit card number on the drivercleaner.net download page, I was linked to a page with no download link. I thought it was perhaps do to firefox disabling scripts on the page, so I enabled them and re-entered my credit card information. No luck, same page. I then switch to internet explorer and went through the same process. Same result. I went to check my online banking account to see if I had been charged anything, and I had been charged THREE TIMES for this product. I have e-mailed drivercleaner.net about this and have received no response. I am seeking help here as a last resort before I call my bank and the BBB.

I had the exact thing happen. I entered it 2x. No response yet after sending a message.

Is there a time frame when they are going to fix this?
I haven't dealt with this site before and being in a country foreign to mine I'm getting a little nervous with it. I really don't want to have to report it to visa and freeze my card.

Hi,

Just to say we swapped servers last week and there was a glitch in the system which effected a couple of transactions.

This has now been corrected and those affected will be contacted and a full refund made.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I checked my account and at this point it only shows 1 charge, even though I entered the info twice.
Let me know ASAP when it's been fixed and when the system can take orders.

So it looks like this special email attention is required for every purchase? I get the same thing. No email after purchase and sent to the home page with no download information. You guys need to fix this.

Actually no.... Bare in mind that thousands have perhaps bought DC so i guess this happens with every purchase...

The odd email tends to disapear through either the system one way or another...

You may need to check your Junk Mail also.. Small chance perhaps but it does happen.

Please contact admin if nithing shows up.
