Can't purchase Driver Cleaner: money paid, nothing received

Tried to purchase Driver Cleaner on Friday the 29th of October about 19:15 GMT. Didn't receive anything. After paying I was redirected to the main page and there is nothing in my e-mail (I checked spam folder, it's clean). Tried to contact via Feedback form the next day, same happened — redirect to front page, no response. I'm using Opera browser if that matters.

I've entered such details:
First Name — REMOVED
Family Name — REMOVED
Email — REMOVED.
Location — Ukraine

I've paid with VISA card that begins on "ÚÞÉß" and ends on "¯¥Ý¨". My bank immediately sent me notification that $9,99 were charged.

I have done this on Fin's behalf... pleased he has the issue sroted out.

But it's not wise to post an email address on the forums.It will just Attract Spam.

I'm having the same problem. Why have I not received the email yet? Should that not be instantaneous?

Best is to send an email through the feedback page on the Driver Cleaner website then the person that can check the purchases will see it and will look into it.
