Cant remove NVIDIA leftovers

I am having some trouble with removing some leftovers from some 560Ti drivers, every time I run the program it "removes" the same files, when they are really never deleted. Seen here:

Hi,

this is a known thing with some windows versions. On some windows versions the permissions can't be set and because of that windows blocks the removal of those keys by other programs.

Tried a lof of different options and haven't found a working solution yet.

Also those keys are not a problem, i never had problems with leaving those and installing the new drivers.
