Cab Cleaner Error

First time user of Driver Cleaner here. Was attempting to use Cab cleaner to remove ati*.* drivers to remove any conflict with my current nVidia drivers, however, every attempt resulted in the error message, "Cab file creation fail.".
I already removed the ATI drivers from control panel and attempted to remove them with the default Driver Cleaner, but to no success, as after every attempt the advanced cleaner tells me there is more.
