Gain regulator(For Clipping)

Hi,
Im searching a Gain regulator. For example if i record on Cubase SX so that i dont have a clipping. If i record my Vocals so that the Gain doesn't go over 0.1 DB. I hope you can understand what i mean. Is there any Effect fo kX-Driver 3534f? Thanks for all.

This will not work - you have clipping before the DSP in the analog input stage, so lower the input level or insert a limiter before the card. Software gains will only work if the level gets too high inside the DSP, so between plugins or FX. Your problem lies outside of the card. The 0.1db is physically 0db that comes out of the AC97 codec which is saturated by your signal.
