Guitar always have clean out

Guitar always have clean out like bypass
SB live 102 -5.1 and kx asio
when i plug in my guitar it has out without any software running????
and that is the problem when i run nuendo 3 - i only hire clean out like there is no software running and i think that that is some kind of bypass i think that DSP what i need to change ??? I tried some of them that i think that will help but nothing
i want to effects out from amps from waves not that bypass
