Phaser updated to version 3

I updated my Phaser plugin to version 3.

Changes in this version:

Fixed an issue with the sweep range that caused it to still sweep with a setting of zero.

Lowered the max sweep range from 6.5 octaves to 6 octaves.

Changed the sweep behavior so that is now sweeps above and below the center frequency (previously it only swept above that frequency).

Adjusted the frequency slider such that the center frequency value shown is more accurate.

Added a second frequency setting.
Frequency 1 is for the left channel.
Frequency 2 is for the right channel.
This allows for more possible types of sounds, and stereo effects.

Added an option to have Frequency1 and Frequency2 sweep in opposite directions (i.e. while one goes up, the other goes down, etc).

It is currently only availalble for kX version 3538m.

Due to the above changes, any saved presets, or DSP configs (that included the phaser) will need to be rebuilt.

I corrected a small issue with the sweep rate and re-uploaded the file...

I forget to re-adjust the sweep rate to account for the new sweep behavior, and as a result the sweep rate was only half speed.
