What's the difference between...

...all those wave outputs and inputs of KX driver...

For example, when I want to set up in N-track wave device i have many options...
something like i dont know exactly the names, i forgot paper where i wrote it, but its something like :
1.Wave mapper,
2. Primary device driver
3. DS kX Audio Driver [6200] 0/1
....
....
7. kx Audio driver .
....
....

???????

What's the differenc beteen 3th and 7-th driver????
From whom can i get best latency?...
And what is the best latency that i can obtain on my 233 MMX processor with 168 MB RAM?...

"DS" in device 3 means DirectSound... then (i guess) device 7. is plain MME port... latency could be lower with DS one...

who knows? check and get us to know...

Cubase? dude, have you at least chosen "kX ASIO" as output?

You can always use an older version of Cubase or Logic Audio on that machine, to have ASIO support. Without ASIO the sblive and audigy cards are not really usable for music recording.
