Multiple Questions

Some preliminary information. I am using a SB Live 5.1+ sound card, and have a F and R out connection to a 5.1 digital surround sound with external processor of AC3 sound. I have a mic plugged in. In the third output I have headphones plugged in.

I am attempting to do this:

When playing games, have the game noise on the external speakers utilizing 0/1, while on 8/9 I want only teamspeak to output team chatter to my headphones.

I can't seem to do this by routing or re-routing in any manner.

Also, I can't seem to get my microphone to work right, any reason why not?

I'm new to kX and am sorry if these questions are ignorant. Thanks!

Got the mic to work... ignore that.
