Help with basic DSP and Mic input setup

I have been using this basic DSP setup for quite awhile. I think it was suggested to me on the forums as a basic way to have Mic in, through an EQ so I could send analog voice into skype and other stuff while listening to music on my headphones etc. Screenshots are of the DSP layout plus the ADC, MX6 & K2lt settings.

DSP: Picasa Web Albums - Ski Moose - Tech stuff

ADC: Picasa Web Albums - Ski Moose - Tech stuff

MX6: Picasa Web Albums - Ski Moose - Tech stuff

K2lt: Picasa Web Albums - Ski Moose - Tech stuff

I think I've lost my mojo with it because I'm now confused about the record setttings. Is what I'm doing correct? Any suggestions on how to improve it? Would a different layout be better?

Oh and also, for some reason, the record volume levels get reset to 0 in the regular KX mixer whenever I use Winamp. Any clues as to why that happens??
