Ответ: plugin presets storage

plugin presets storage is in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\kX\Plugins\<plugin-guid>: are you sure it has beed lost? (if so - how? the mixer/driver do not touch presets when plugin is (re)moved (under normal curcumstanes at least))
Well, if it's not in registry - it's gone forever
Although - if you have Windows "system restore" enabled - there's small chance the presets may be in some older registry snapshots...

Re: plugin presets storage

As Max said, moving the plugin to a different location and re-registering it should not have deleted the presets. Are you sure you did not change the GUID (in which case, they would probably still be there under the old GUID) or reset global settings or something like that?
