Plugin idea: Signal and clipping detector

Basically, it would be a simple (stereo or mono or both) DSP effect which would have two "led like" indicators on the DSP module itself (kinda like how GainX from UFX has the gain knob).

One indicator would light up when there is signal passing through, and the other would light up when the signal is greater than -0dB. Plugin settings would include a configurable signal floor for the signal LED and hold time for the clip LED.

This would make it easy, with the module in the proper places, to see the presence of signals (helpful in multitrack recording and playback) and clipping, without opening dozens of Peak windows.
